Refund Statement
At Pamela Buttazzoni Fine Art, I want you to feel confident and cared for when collecting artwork.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, I offer a 100% refund once the artwork has been returned in its original condition.
Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to begin the return process. Artwork must be carefully packaged and returned undamaged. Once the returned piece has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Because each piece is handled with care, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the artwork arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.
Custom commissions, personalized artwork, and special-request pieces may be final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing before purchase.
